AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the Prospect Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
OUR SERVICES
Prospect Media provides web development, branding, photography, videography, and automation services for businesses. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated in a project contract:
- •The content, design, and code on this website are owned by Prospect Media
- •Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the work created specifically for their project
- •We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
- •Any pre-existing tools, templates, or code libraries remain our property
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information
- •Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- •Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- •Respect our intellectual property and that of third parties
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are overdue.
PROJECT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment of work completed to date. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prospect Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for excellence in all our work, we make no warranties regarding the results or outcomes of our services. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business results.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We will treat all information provided by clients as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. This obligation continues after the termination of our business relationship.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
